I have so many great things to say ab my experience with Southern Hills Auto. First they are 100% honest with their customers. Thats very hard to come by especially these days. I drove in the lot stopped to look at 2024 Buick Enclave, Shane approached and told me give him 20 min and he would have a deal for me. Honestly I didnt believe him bc that never happens at dealerships. He 100+% kept his word. He had a deal for me in 10 min. I have never gone to buy a car and drove away with a great car in less than an hr. No hassle, No pressure sales tactics and No dragging it out making it an all day ordeal. They got to the point and made an amazing offer I would've been stupid to turn down. They have amazing vehicles at very low cost compared to all others hands down! Not only are they extremely efficient with their process, their customer service was way beyond my expectations. Shane is awesome!! Him and everyone there made me feel comfortable and relaxed bc they were truly sincere in trying to help me on my quest to get into best car with lowest cost to me. THEY HAVE IT TOGETHER YA'LL! Gave me top price on trade, b2b warrenty and much more. I had been on this car quest for ab 3 wks and had been lied to and pressured so much from places that clearly just wanted commission from my purchase. It was exhausting. But Im so ecstatic that I found Southern Hills auto. My hat goes off to Shane and all folks at Southern Hills auto for making this experience so easy and just awesome! They have definitely gained a lifetime customer with me! Also shortly after my experience, I told my sister ab it and she also purchased an amazing car from Shane at Southern Hills Auto and she was blown away by there amazing customer service as well. So very special Thank you to Shane and everyone that really took care of us!! You're the BEST!!

Just bought a Buick SUV here! Shane gave me a fantastic price traded my old car also great price and basically made the whole process pleasent and no stress whatsoever The whole crew here is excellent! If your looking for a car in Springfield ,skip it and call these guys in West Plains ...the drive is worth the savings you will find here and the quality of the vehicles they have are above and beyond your expectations ! Can't say enough good things about this dealership!

After trying to be sold a car that was leaking major oil at WP Auto World, we went to Southern Hills and found a great car. No bs, super easy financing, no pressure sales (Shane), and an all around great experience. This is our second vehicle from them and we have been very happy with their business!

4th time and still pleasing.Shane is a must.He will jump on your email and a few days later you will be driving off in a nice/clean/reliable vehicle.Joe will do all the paperwork and it will go smoothly.They will look you in the eyes the whole transaction and finish it off with a handshake.Hometown boys that will work for you.Give them a try.You'll go back I promise.

well they have done it again.sold us an Edge and we are in love.they always(4th time)have good,clean,reliable vehicles for you to choose from.service is great.Shane replied to my text within 30 minutes.we went from there.24 hrs later we were driving off the lot with this awesome car.Shane stayed in touch with me throughout.even that night checked to see if we were still happy.Joe is awesome, he makes the whole paperwork process so easy.They know what their doing and they are good at it.Highly recommend this business.They look you in the eyes and close with a handshake.Hometown boys working for you.Go check them out.
